Dear Famiilies,

 

I am thrilled for the opportunity to join this community as the principal of Center Joint Unified School District’s newest school. I have been fortunate to work in CJUSD for the past 23 years serving as a classroom teacher, intervention teacher, academic coordinator and most recently as the prinicipal at North Country Elementary School.  As we embark on this inaugural year, I look forward to forging strong relationships with students, parents, and community members as we work together to establish new traditions.

 

At Rex Fortune Elementary, we are committed to providing an outstanding education to all of our students. Our emphasis on STEAM education will engage students in hands-on learning opportunities as they explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math, connecting new learning to the real world and their lives.
